My interest in plant medicine goes back decades and I have depended upon the healing properties of plants for the health of my family for over 20 years. Over the years, I have expanded my knowledge of plant medicine as a student at The Herbal Academy, Sage Mountain (Rosemary Gladstar), Learning Herbs (Rosalie de Foret) to name a few.  I continue to study and learn about plant allies for the health of our mind, body, and spirit, focusing my studies on folk medicine and bio-regional plants of the mountain west and southwest.

     My apothecary began with a love of herbs, essential oils, and natural healthcare. It has grown into a well-stocked, and ever-evolving home apothecary. In my herbal studio I create a wide variety of organic and/or wildcrafted herbal products that include teas, salves & balms, seasonal herbal remedies, hand-poured aromatherapy soy candles, and goat milk artisan soaps. My products are hand-crafted with love, in small batches, right here in the apothecary, using only the finest quality organic ingredients.
